1. http://www.buyindianwear.com reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. You are bound to provide a valid email address, shipping address with post code, phone number and payment information to complete the purchase. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive the payment or we ship your order.
2. Please read the item description carefully before placing an order. You agree to read the item description, policy and being aware about every aspect of the item and transaction before making the payment.
3. Please call or email us prior placing an order if you have a question / concern.
4. buyindianwear.com shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of ordered items. We do not accept liability if the order is damaged in transit by the shipping company or If the order is damaged by fire, water, wars or any natural disasters which are beyond our control.

Shipping policy

1. We offer free shipping to 20 major countries. However, it is beyond our control if some countries charge duties / tax.
2.  If, after placing an order, there is a change in address. Please email us within 48 hours. We do not guarantee the change in address if it exceeds the 48 hour timeframe.
3. The goods will be shipped within 11 days once the payment is confirmed (Except the item which needs handwork)
4. The item will get delivered within a maximum of 15 working days excluding weekends (Except the items which needs handwork)
5. In an event we are unable to deliver the order because of your mistake (i.e. wrong address or phone number) the cost of redelivering the item would be claimed by buyindianwear.com. You agree to pay the re-shipping cost.
6. In the above mentioned event if you choose to cancel the order, the shipping price will be deducted to cover the return shipping cost.

1. We accept paypal, western union money transfer, Moneygram, Creditcards, debitcard and Bank transfer as payment options.

2. If you wish to cancel the order, you agree to notify us within 48 hours after you place an order. We do not guarantee the cancellation if the email of order cancellation isn’t received within 48 hours.

Color of the item :

1. We have put our best efforts to display the accurate colors of the items on the website. However, sometimes because of different monitor settings the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. Please email us if there is a concern about the color.
