Order cancellation :
- buyindianwear.com reserves the right, to cancel any order. You will be notified by email if an order is cancelled.
- If you wish to cancel the order, you agree to notify us within 48 hours after you place an order. It should be reported by filing the Feedback Reporting Form or by sending a whatsapp or viber message on +918460963676 or by emailing us on admin@buyindianwear.com within 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We do not guarantee the cancellation if the email of order cancellation isn’t received within 48 hours.
- If you receive a faulty or a damaged item, to receive a refund, you agree to notify us by email within 48 hours after you receive the item. It is mandatory to upload the digital picture of the garments highlighting the problem area and the original tags. We are not obliged to process a refund if you do not notify us within 48 hours after receiving the item.
- Upon agreed refund, customer agrees to pay and return the item back using postal service. You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags in the same package within 5 days. Returns reported beyond 5 days are not eligible.The return shipping is on the customer. We will process a full refund after item is received back.
- Returns on Jewellery shall not be entertained due to hygiene issues.
- Refund is possible only if the item is either lost or majorly damaged in transit. Stitching variation, Minor color or pattern variation will not be considered as a reason to process a refund.
- We only refund the item cost. Any custom duties, local taxes paid by you at the time of receiving the goods are not refundable.
- It will take 5 working days to process a refund after we receive the item.
Refund / Replacement for color issues :
Color of the item :
We have put our best efforts to display the accurate colors of the items on the website. However, computer monitors and mobile screens have different color and display settings. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or mobile screen. Please email us if there is a concern about the color. We do not process refunds based on color issues.
Refund / Replacement for Stitching issues :
We will try our best to get perfect stitching and fittings and stitch as per your requirement. However If the style chosen by you is not possible, we will make it like it is in the photo. Stitching is just a service. We do not guarantee perfect fitting. You may or may not need to alter it. We do not process refunds based on fitting issues.
