Place the tape well up under arms, straight across the back and measure this from just under the bust and just above the waist.

Measure shoulder from one shoulder point to other shoulder point horizontaly from the back.

Starting from the outside edge of shoulder bone and measure upto the desired length.
6. Around Arm Hole (Inches)  

From the highest point on shoulder measure around arm hole with your arm hanging down.

Measure the middle of bisceps level of your arm keeping the hand relaxed.
